Located in a amidst landscaped gardens in Ixia bay, only 100 m from a private beach and approximately 9 km from the international airport of Rhodes, Sheraton Rhodes Resort is a full-fledged complex featuring luxury accommodation in its contemporary rooms and suites equipped with plush mattresses, luxury linens, marble bathrooms and a private furnished balcony. Many interconnecting rooms for families or larger groups are also available. In addition, guests have access to four restaurants, two bars, five pools, a private beach section, daily entertainment options, sports facilities and a Spa center.

Castellania is the main buffet restaurant serving Greek & international cuisine. Mediterraneo, "a la carte restaurant", serving Mediterranean cuisine by the main pool for lunch from 12:00-16:00 & operates as a snack bar from 16:00-18:00. Thèa Greek, "a la carte restaurant", serving traditional Greek cuisine for dinner from June to September. L’Onda Italian, a la carte restaurant for dinner. Pool snack bar open from 10:00 to 18:00.
