Capo Falcone Charming Apartments have an unparalleled location 250 metres from La Pelosa (you need to register here to access the beach: https://spiaggialapelosa.it/en/), one of the world’s most beautiful beaches, and three kilometres from the pretty seaside town of Stintino. The apartments are surrounded by gardens and all have an outdoor area with a table and chairs, whether it's a ground-floor patio or first-floor balcony. There is also a shared barbecue area. The surrounding area boasts plenty of bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours, plus a wide array of sports and excursions.Other nearby beaches, Gabbiano and La Pelosetta, have beach umbrellas and sun loungers available for rent. ***Arrivals after 8pm must be communicated in advance to the property (tel. +393939890596).To collect the apartment keys, guests must contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code.Check-in after 8pm may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of €50 may apply. Guest are required to provide a phone number for late check-in.Compulsory charges (to be paid upon arrival):Utility fee (per person per day) from 13.06 to 11.09 :Adults: €10; Children (3 - 12 years old): €5; Infants (0 - 3 years old): free.The price includes electricity, water, and 1 set of bed linen and bath towels per week.
