The Art Hotel Califfo is a 4 star hotel with 130 rooms e 12 residence-apartments, has a restaurant, a swimming-pool and conference rooms. The main point of our hotel is a strategic position to reach the best beaches and on the South East coast of the island (Villasimius) and at the same time it’s near the center of the capital of Sardinia, Cagliari and its main beach Poetto which you can reach in 5 minutes with our shuttle. Rooms come with air conditioning, satellite TV channels and a minibar. Some have views of the Mediterranean Sea. Breakfast is buffet style, and American breakfast options are also available. The restaurant serves a mix of classic Italian cuisine and Sardinian dishes. MEAL DRINKS: Drinks with meals are NOT INCLUDED in Half Board and Full Board treatments and are therefore always to be considered excluded. PETS: Only small dogs up to a maximum of 10 kg are allowed, with a supplement of €10.00 per day per animal. The presence of the animal must be requested in advance and confirmed by the property. Simply noting or requesting it in the booking does not constitute confirmation of the service. The Hotel therefore reserves the right not to accept the animal in the absence of prior confirmation or in case of unavailability. ROOMS WITH BALCONY: Not all rooms at the Hotel have a balcony. Rooms with a balcony are available in limited numbers and involve an extra supplement. Any request for a balcony must be verified and confirmed in advance directly by the property, subject to availability. Simply entering a request or note in the booking does not guarantee or confirm the assignment of a room with a balcony. For requests regarding pets, balconies, or other special needs, the customer must therefore contact the property directly before arrival and obtain explicit confirmation.
