The Baia de Bahas Residence is a residential complex of apartments set at just a few steps from the seaside, in a quiet and panoramic position overlooking the Gulf of Marinella. It features two-storey terraced units surrounded by well-tended lawns and gardens, and it is only 4 kms from the famous town of Porto Rotondo. The residence is set in the Gulf of Marinella, at just 5 kms from Golfo Aranci, 15 kms from Olbia and 139 kms from Porto Torres. It features a central building and several two-storey terraced units (some of them with sea view) surrounded by lawns and gardens. ***Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property (+39078930060 - +39 3495367473). Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival). UTILITY FEE: from 13.06 to 11.09 per person per day: € 10.00 adult; € 5 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free.
